Iso Peachy - The 4 Week Lockdown Challenge - Shape that Booty
/I am SO excited for this!
As I am sure many of you know, I am a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer at FLEX in Chelsea where I run our infamous Peach for The Beach classes weekly. Since lockdown, we brought Peach for The Beach online, and the classes have been so popular!
The classes are so fun and I absolutely LOVE taking you all through them. As I am sure many of us are feeling in lockdown, we were just craving more interaction, more of a community to keep in touch with and we wanted the Peach girls to be able to interact frequently with each other as well and share their progress and journey’s with each other, have that accountability and stay motivated.
This being said, we have created Iso Peachy, it was calling to us!
What is Iso Peachy?
Iso Peachy is a 4 week fitness challenge specifically focussed on shaping, toning and strengthening your glutes.
What does Iso Peachy include?
4 interactive classes per week. I will lead the classes and work closely with you to perfect your form, and ensure you are maximising your potential when performing the exercises. Each week the classes will progress ensuring you get stronger, fitter and hit your peachy goals. I have designed everything for you and will take you through everything, all you need to do is show up!
Recorded classes - if you cannot make one of the class times for the week, we will send you a recording of the class that you can complete in your own time, this will be available for 24 hours after the class.
a private community facebook group, where you can chit chat with me and the other Peachy girls, share your progress pictures and more! I will post daily and hold you accountable.
Nutrition Advice - I will provide you with the best types of food to eat to compliment your peach and enhance your physique. If you would like more personal help, for example calorie calculations and macronutrient breakdowns specific to your body and your goals (e.g build muscle, lose weight), then get in touch with me via the Facebook group and we can work together more closely on this.
A post Isolation (Peachy) meet up! Lets hope that after 4 weeks, we will all be out of isolation and meet up in person!
Who is Iso Peachy designed for?
Absolutely anyone! Whether you want to tone your toosh, gain some size, sculpt that perfect shape or are just craving something different, fun and a sense of community, come and join!
I would say that Iso Peachy would be absolutely PERFECT for beginners who have not stepped into the gym yet, and are looking for a starting point to learn how to lift properly, and start your fitness journey, you’ll see awesome results
Similar being said for those who are rather novice when it comes to training
if you are more of a pro and usually live in the gym and rely on heavy lifting to hit those booty goals and have put in years of work, you wont see huge growth as working out at home is simply not going to be the same as lifting heavy in the gym. But if you are worried about losing those gains you have worked so hard to build and don’t really know how you can keep that muscle at home, then this would be perfect for you too! You’ve worked hard for those gains and I’ll guide you on how to sustain them
Basically there is something in it for everyone, so you would be silly not to sign up!
How much is Iso Peachy?
80 pounds up front OR
45 pounds in two instalments
this works out to just 5 pounds per session as well as all the extras, so you don’t want to pass the opportunity up #bargain
